The experiments were configured using the Taguchi Design of Experiments (DOE) technique, supported by Minitab software. A multi-objective optimization process, coupled with an analysis of variance (ANOVA), was undertaken in Design-Expert software using the desirability function approach. In ANOVA analysis, NBR, B, ER, and FR are found to be the major parameters significantly impacting Marshall Stability (MS) and Flow Value (FV). Examination of the modified bitumen samples, as seen in SEM and EDS images, shows sample S1 (5% NBR, 10% Bakelite, 10% FR, 25% ER) to possess a surface characterized by small pores and a fine structure, in marked distinction to sample S34 (10% NBR, 0% Bakelite, 10% FR, 25% ER). Multi-optimization analysis showed that the best MS and FV performance occurred with NBR at 76%, Bakelite at 48%, FR at 25%, and ER at 26%. In the years 2011 through 2019, a survey was conducted among 10,168 males and 4,954 females with normal BMIs, falling between 18.5 and 25 kg/m2. MO was defined as 20% body fat in the male population and 30% body fat in the female population. Students' lifestyle habits were documented via a comprehensive questionnaire. The systolic and diastolic blood pressure were measured, and hypertension was diagnosed based on a systolic pressure surpassing 140 mmHg or a diastolic pressure exceeding 90 mmHg. The multivariate logistic regression analysis sought to identify the relationships: masked obesity and self-reported lifestyle preferences, desired body image, and anthropometric data points; and hypertension and body composition metrics.
The proportion of students with MO in 2019 showed 134% in males, and a considerably higher 258% in females, reflecting a consistent increase in the female proportion over time.
